Las Vegas Dog Training - SmartyPaws

The Day Care and Boot Camp is open Monday to Friday 7:00AM to 6:00PM. Our Day Care and Boot Camp clients will continue to drop off and pick up at curbside until further notice. Please be mindful when coming in and leaving the building between classes that we do not crowd the door entrance. We may have to ask you to wait outside to allow the previous class to leave the building in a safe manner before entering SmartyPaws. We love and appreciate all of our clients and their amazing dogs and want to make this a positive and safe experience for everyone.
Johnna Holland works as the trainer at Rancho Monday and Friday and Afton Bauer works as the trainer on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
We hope to see your dog at Rancho. Our rubber matted flooring and air conditioned building is ideal for your dog to play and get exercise and training while you are at work or just having a day to yourself. Your dog can play in the cool environment while our temperatures outside climb with our hot summers.
PSA: Pet Owners Are Warned To Not Walk Their Dogs On Hot Surfaces, Such As Asphalt. As a simple rule of thumb, if you wouldn't want to walk barefoot on it, then your dog shouldn't be walking on it. Place the back of your hand on the hot surface for 7 seconds. If it is painful to your touch, it will be too hot for your dog's paws. If you must walk your dog on surfaces that are exposed to the sun, purchase doggie boots for your dog. They will protect their feet from the heat.
Based on the new CDC guidelines, you may enter SmartyPaws without a mask if you have been vaccinated. If you feel comfortable, masks are optional.

The training facility is conveniently located at 4161 N Rancho Dr. Ste 120, Las Vegas, NV and also 4175 N Rancho Dr. Ste 110, Las Vegas, NV and is easily accessible from both I-95 and I-215.

Updated shots and a negative fecal test that is at least 6 months recent is required for all classes the first day, also including day care and boot camp.
**Please note that there are NO refunds once class has started.**

Note: Any dogs one year and older must have a current DHPP vaccine (done every 1 or 3 years depending on your vets protocol) and rabies done according to state law. While we strive to keep everyone healthy, there are limitations to the bordatella vaccine and fecal checks. With bordatella, your dog can still get the disease, just a milder case. Typically bordatella is not life threatening. When a fecal exam is performed, they are only looking at a small amount of the stool sample under the microscope, so a negative fecal does not guarantee that your dog (or others in your class) are truly negative.

The 40-year-old Virginian edged reigning NASCAR Cup Series champion Chase Elliott by 0.442 seconds. Elliott cut into Hamlin’s lead on every one of the closing 10 laps, taking full advantage of traffic, but was ultimately unable to catch Hamlin’s No. 11 Joe Gibbs Racing Toyota.
Hamlin’s JGR teammates, Kyle Busch and Martin Truex Jr., finished third and fourth, respectively, with Team Penske’s Ryan Blaney rounding out the top five – all playoff drivers.
